The continuous professional development of mid-level medical personnel plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality healthcare.
With this goal in mind, a conference for mid-level medical personnel was held at Best Life Armenian-Japanese Medical Center, led by Mariana Hess, who traveled from the United States. She serves as the Director of Inpatient Education Programs at George Washington University Hospital.
During the meeting, participants discussed key aspects of effectively organizing the work of mid-level medical personnel and exchanged professional knowledge and experience.
Such meetings will continue to be held regularly, as the medical center places great importance on keeping information and practices up to date and aligned with the latest international developments and advancements in healthcare.
